Science and Technology Daily (formerly known as China Science and Technology News) was co-founded by China\'s State Science and Technology Commission, the National Defense Science and Technology Commission, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the China Association for Science and Technology on January 1, 1986. It was renamed Science and Technology Daily on January 1, 1987. Science and Technology Daily is one of the leading news media by the Communist Party of China (CPC).
